Jello Pudding Recipe



Jello Pudding Recipe Ingredients:
4 level teaspoons Gelatine
3 tablespoons hot Water
50g / 2oz caster Sugar
1 level teaspoon finely grated Lemon rind
600ml / 1 pint Milk
Yellow food colouring


Serves: 4

Jello Pudding Recipe Instructions:
Put the hot water and the gelatine in a basin and stir over heat until the gelatine has dissolved.
Put the lemon rind, milk and sugar into a saucepan and heat on a low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
When the gelatine and milk are both lukewarm mix together by pouring the milk slowly onto the gelatine.
Stir well and then add yellow food colouring so the mixture has a pale yellow tint to it.
Pour into a ¾ litre or 1½ pint mould that had been rinsed with cold just before.
Leave in a cool place until set.

Set time will vary

Jello Pudding Recipe Serving Instructions:
Serve with Ice Cream.
