Crab Cake Recipe


Crab Cake Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
4oz Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Old Bay
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Peppers Red and Gold - diced small
2 Scallions - chopped
1 teaspoon Salt and Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Celery Seed
Japanese Breadcrumbs

Time: 3 hours
Serves: 2

Crab Cake Recipe Instructions:
Go through Crab and remove shells.
Combine all other ingredients together and gently fold into Crab meat.
Form mixture into 4 equal size balls.
Roll in Japanese breadcrumbs and flatten
Chill for 2 hours.
Saute over medium heat until golden brown and hot in the centre.
Sauce
Serve with lemon aioli, 4oz mayonnaise, lemon juice, zest of 1 lemon 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
pinch of salt and pepper and pinch of paprika mix well together.

Crab Cake Recipe Cooking Time:
Chill for 2 hours.
Saute over medium heat until golden brown.
